The Shaunavon Elks #386 invite you to join us for the 96th Sask. Elks Association Annual Conference. The dates for the conference are Thursday June 12 to Sunday June 15th. Join us as we welcome Brother Gordon Brown become Provincial President for the ensuing year.

Friday June 13, 8AM
Saturday June 14, 8AM
The cost for the conference is $75.00 until June 1st. Registration after June 1st is $90.00. Please make cheques payable to the Shaunavon Elks.
We are reaching out for items to make the weekend a success. We are asking the community and fellow lodges for support in the form of silent auction items, and advertising in our program. Advertising costs for our program are: $30 for ¼, $50 for ½ or$ 100 for full page.

Meeting Room at the Canalta Hotel is booked for Friday -Sunday as a Social room, those who are not attending the meetings but are traveling down are more then welcome to hang out in there.
